Selling

Mobile apps

Sell from a phone with moraPOS, and count stock with moraAudit.

Two Android apps sit alongside the web and desktop tills. Both are on Google Play, and both are linked from the download page on the website.

moraPOS

A full till on a phone. It holds your catalogue on the device, keeps selling with no network, and syncs every sale when the connection comes back.

Use it for a market stall, a delivery run, a pop-up, or a second counter you did not want to buy a computer for. It sells from the same catalogue and into the same order list as everything else, so nothing has to be reconciled afterwards.

Sign in with your normal staff account. What you can do is decided by your role, exactly as on the web.

moraAudit

A stock count app. It turns the phone camera into a scanner so you can walk the shelves, scan what is there, and enter the counts as you go.

When you finish, it shows you the variance: what the system thought you had against what you actually counted, line by line. You review that before anything is committed, so a miscount is caught before it becomes your inventory.

Counts are per branch. Run one branch at a time.

Which app for what

  • Selling to a customer, taking payment, printing a receipt: moraPOS.
  • Counting what is on the shelf: moraAudit.

They are separate apps because they are separate jobs. A stock count is not something you want a cashier to trip over mid-sale.
